Terms and Conditions for Boston Park Farm

Your Commitment to Us When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Boston Park Farm and yourself. No contract exists between yourself and Boston Park Farm for the sale of any tickets until we have received and accepted your order and received payment in full. Once cleared funds are received, there is a binding contract between us.
Prices • The description and price of tickets you order will be shown on the Boston Park Farm website at the time you place your order. Prices are in UK Sterling and inclusive of any applicable taxes. • There are no surcharges, and once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets. Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice. • We accept most major credit and debit cards in partnership with our payment gateway.
Online Security To ensure that your online shopping experience is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted on a secure server to minimize the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet.
Refunds and Cancellations • Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations unless otherwise stated in these terms. • Tickets are only transferable to an alternative date or time if you contact Boston Park Farm directly at [email protected] giving a minimum of 24hrs notice. • Tickets and order changes can be made once free of charge and are subject to times and availability. We cannot guarantee that we can change the date of your visit, but we will make reasonable efforts to do so. But any subsequent changes will incur an administrative fee of £2 per person. • Refunds may be issued at the discretion of Boston Park Farm and will be subject to an admin fee as outlined above.
Online Tickets Terms & Conditions of Use • Tickets purchased online may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, promotions, or vouchers. • Online tickets cannot be used for group bookings. • Entry is only permissible when the Online Ticket is presented at Boston Park Farm, either printed or shown on a phone screen. • All persons covered by an Online Ticket must enter the attraction at the same time or have a copy of the Online Ticket when entering Boston Park Farm. • Tickets purchased as Online Tickets are valid for the pre-booked date. Should they be used on dates other than that for which they were purchased, Boston Park Farm reserves the right to refuse entry. • If the Online Ticket is scanned and shows that it has already been redeemed, entry will be refused. • No Online Ticket may be resold. • Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

No refunds are available for unused tickets.

Any discounts or offers on-line are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.
When an annual pass ticket for general admission or event is purchased, this must be shown on arrival in order to redeem the ticket. If the pass is not shown and the holder cannot be found on our system, then payment will be required
Any tickets booked using a discount voucher will require the voucher to be shown on arrival. If the voucher is not shown, then payment in full for the ticket will be required.

Events Terms & Conditions • Boston Park Farm reserves the right, without prior notice, to change the programme of special events. The farm may close or restrict access to the site due to unforeseen circumstances such as Covid-19 restrictions, technical issues, inclement weather, or to ensure visitor safety. If closures occur, substitute tickets for an alternative date may be offered.

Boston Park Farm reserves the right to alter event schedules or close areas due to weather, capacity, or operational needs. • In such cases, substitute tickets may be offered for an alternative date.

Carer Tickets • Boston Park Farm offers a free carer ticket for independent employed carers. Valid ID must be shown on arrival. Carer tickets are only available for general admission and are not applicable for events (unless specific tickets are offered). Other discounts (e.g., DLA/PIP or foster carers) are not accepted.

If a carers ticket is selected online, then appropriate ID as detailed above must be shown on arrival. If ID is not shown, then a full adult ticket will need to be purchased.

Picnics & Bringing Your Own Food Visitors are welcome to bring their own food to Boston Park Farm. Picnics must be enjoyed in our designated picnic areas, such as grassed areas or picnic benches. Only food purchased onsite may be consumed in the café.
Appropriate Adult Supervision Children must be supervised by an appropriate adult in and around all areas of the farm park at all times. Boston Park Farm does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children. Under-16s are not permitted entry without an accompanying adult supervisor.
Attraction Variability Disclaimer Attractions and activities may vary depending on seasonal events, weather conditions, nature, and ground conditions. If there is a specific attraction you wish to see or experience, we recommend checking with us prior to your visit to avoid disappointment.
Respect for Staff and Visitors Boston Park Farm team members have the right to be treated with dignity and respect at all times. Aggressive, abusive, violent, rude, or harassing behaviour—whether verbal or physical—towards team members or other visitors will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Visitors engaging in such behaviour will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
Limitation of Liability Boston Park Farm’s total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution, or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods. Boston Park Farm will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unseen event beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation Internet and communication outages, fire, flood, war, or acts of God.
Severance If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out, and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
